Connection via HDMI
The connection box transmits all signals from the card reader to your TV. All you need is a free HDMI slot on your TV. No smart TV is required.
Operation via WLAN or 4G
You can connect to an existing Wi-Fi network in your home. Alternatively, the box offers a free slot for a 4G SIM card for data transfer.
No complicated operation
The connection box only needs to be connected once. No switching or changing signal sources is required. All control is done via cards on the card reader.

Questions about pricing options
You can download the family.cards companion app for free from the app stores.
There are no costs for operating the app.
In the starter set you will find three cards:
- Accept card: To accept incoming video calls.
- Reject card: To reject incoming video calls.
- YouTube Card: This card contains a short explanatory video. You can add your own YouTube playlist here in the family.cards companion app.
Each additional card costs 9.99€.
Additional cards can be conveniently ordered via the family.cards app and then produced and sent by us free of charge.
The device can be operated via WLAN/LAN or via a 4G SIM card.
If a WLAN/LAN with internet connection is available, then there are no additional costs.
If Wi-Fi/LAN with internet connection isn't available, an internet connection can be established via 4G. The user is responsible for the 4G SIM card and the associated costs, as family.cards doesn't offer SIM cards.
